Liked: I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I feel this should have been included in the price of the room.
Disliked: The room I had was very small. I think breakfast should be included in the price of the room.

Really nice hotel and breakfast...

Liked: Our room was upgraded and very nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit awkward. I think they had a conference on in the morning and the breakfast in the hotel suffered as staff were doing additional duties

Liked: Room was comfy clean and spacious with a lovely bathroom it was a perfect stay and near to the city centre we were more than happy with this hotel and had a lovely time staff were friendly check in and out quick and easy thank you

Good location and helpful staff

Liked: Staff were informative and helpful.
Disliked: We had 3 windows in our room (room 26). The blinds that were fitted to all 3 windows, were fitted on the outside of the windows, we therefore had light coming in all through the night as 2 of the windows faced other windows in a corridor and the lights were on all night.

Great hotel very close to...

Liked: The location and proximity to Motorpoint Arena made it easy to walk to the venue. The room was very comfortable. The Cock and Hoop attached to the hotel was great for a drink before and after the gig. We ordered room service pizza which was delicious.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Hidden gem

Liked: Central to bars, restaurants, shops, arena. Beautiful outlook from room
Disliked: Only criticism is I would have liked better selection of fruits already cut up so you could have with yoghurt. More selection of continental buffet would be nice for those who don't like cooked breakfasts
