Disappointed - was my partners...

Liked: It was close to centre
Disliked: No staff to ask for help- the booking . Com didn’t mention breakfast was 22 euros each and car park was 18 euros. It was very noisey

Liked: The location is great, just in the middle of the historcal center

Liked: The lady at front desk went beyond,,, very helpful, the day we arrived was awfully hot asked for a room with a/c she managed to provide what we need, very grateful for her assistance!!!
Disliked: Breakfast ok, but could improve a little bit!!!

Great location for short stay.

Liked: Location ideal for walking round city
Disliked: Breakfast very limited - asked for more salami at breakfast and there wasn’t any! Desk had no change after paying city taxes and had to rummage to find some. Only portable air conditioning in rooms which was not very effective. No main air conditioning in in hotel - definitely needed.

Nice staff and convenient location

Liked: The staff kept our luggage for 2 hrs down. Staff r nice.
Disliked: Two things1) The shower area lacks a proper barrier or enclosure, so water easily spills out and causes overflow onto the bathroom floor2) while we were there, a carnival was happening close by and it was very noisy

In theory good location but...

Liked: In theory the location was good being close to the BMCC one way and close to the centre the opposite way.
Disliked: There were three areas of disappointment:1. The noise around the hotel was unacceptable. I was in room 5, ie at the back/side with a view over a small road, not the main square, however, this was incredibly noisy, even with double glazing. Unfortunately it was noisy from 6.20 am during weekdays, as building work was going on, but also noisy well into the early hours as a shop opposite the window was open late.2. There was no air con. It was humid. You could not open the windows as the noise then was incredibly loud. A machine to provide cold air was provided, but that was almost as noisy as opening the window, so not used.3. There was no true reception thus, on arrival, going through the associated restaurant, I eventually found somebody, but I did not see another person behind the reception desk in the 4 days I was there and, on leaving, I just dropped off the keys into a receptacle.
