Liked: There was daily housekeeping.
Disliked: The Staff was quite reluctant to help and the hotel looks very unaprochable. The room was very dark and old.I also found bugs in my bathroom.

Disliked: I called 4/5 times before reaching the hotel. Nobody picked up the phone. They charged $ 10 extra for parking after reaching the hotel.

Liked: The parking was great.
Disliked: Got there early room not ready had to wait an hour when my arrival was from 1 to 2.

Excellent location the only redeeming...

Liked: Great location for city attractions and ammenities, good-sized room and easy to find.
Disliked: One of the staff members was very rude, and barely spoke English. Upon arrival I said 'Hello, how are you?' and he looked at me like I was an alien. Very poor. Moreover, the bedding and towels were covered in long strands of hair, which was disgusting. The towels were completely unusable as a result. There was also a very musty smell in the corridors and even in the room. There was a lot of dust in the room as well.
