Probably Ok if your room isn't located on the top floors.

Liked: Good location in a walkable area.
Disliked: Our room was located at the very top floor, which was up 5 flights of stairs, and was difficult to deal with, considering our suitcases while traveling. Guest service was perfunctory but not friendly. Ok breakfast with cereal, croissants, bread, nothing hot.

Enjoyed it and might stay there again assuming prices dont go up significantly

Liked: Location was convenient for the rail station and the Town Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive Breakfast was just what we wanted. Nothing heavy. More like a nice B&B than a hotel
Disliked: There was no Air Con in the room which was a problem on the first night. For the following nights, the owners supplied a fan
