Liked: It was very cozy and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was unlike the big chain hotels that have nothing memorable about them. It was a lovely property although we couldn’t see a lot of it due to the rainy weather.
Disliked: On the second floor there were only room names and not numbers. We were given a room number and had difficulty finding our room.

Liked: Lovely room and bed, excellent service - especially all the staff in the spa.
Disliked: Booked 6 months ago. Made one morning breakfast & one brunch reservation. When I arrived they were surprised when I asked to verify them. The property was recently sold and the well-rated restaurant does not have weekday meals. I was not contacted by anyone from the restaurant and offered a cold continental breakfast with plastic wrapped items for $7. The spa was wonderful but the steam room wasn't hot enough and the shower needed grout/black cleaned.

Liked: Charming hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff were so very welcoming, helpful and friendly. And the August Moon Spa was excellent !

Liked: The level of courtesy and professionalism is amazing.
Disliked: The only thing I noticed was that there was no microwave in the room. And I was surprised that there were not more guests. This is a spectacular place.
