Many positives but not quite...

Liked: Quiet clean small boutique hotel. Near many restaurants and a metro stop. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent personnel, very attentive.
Disliked: Maintenance needs more attention. Shower knob was broken and safe was broken. Breakfast which is only a served one could have been a little more extensive.

Liked: Nice staff, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was extremely warm and there was no shower curtain so water went everywhere on the bathroom floor.

Liked: breakfast was grand.the room was small.the hotel was locked when I arrived! I had to wait 10 minutes outside with luggage on a December afternoon. the staff was pleasant and helpful otherwise
Disliked: the elevator. the reaction of the young man when he finally arrived to open the door:"I was out for only 5 minutes.no apologies.
