Pleasant but noisy

Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and a reasonable size.
Disliked: The rooms are located very close to the restaurant/bar. We had no windows in our room, only a glass entry door that was 11 feet away from the closest restaurant table, so we had to keep the curtains drawn throughout our stay. There was entertainment every night until 11:30 which could be clearly heard from our room and prevented sleeping until after 11:30. The staff started setting up the restaurant at 7:30, which was also loud since we were so close to the tables. The pool was not cleaned daily and there was a dead lizard floating in the pool along with leaves which we offered to take out of the pool but the staff said they did not have a net. Finally, the pool, which has 4 lounge chairs, is also located very close to the restaurant so that you have to walk by two tables to enter the pool by the pool stairs. We felt uncomfortable with the close location but others may not.

Location, staff and entertainment top...

Liked: Loved this place! The owner and staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The entertainment options were amazing and we saw the Randy Roberts show as well as the singer in the lounge- both amazing. Loved the bar and the location was perfect for us at the quieter end of Duval St. The breakfast was excellent with 4 options to choose from.
Disliked: We wish there was an earlier option for morning coffee other than waiting for the restaurant to open at 8:30 am. A 24 hour keurig station for guest use would be perfect. The same for water. We ended up walking down to the Circle K and buying 2 gallons of water for our stay and keeping in our room fridge. (Although the staff was more than happy to refill our yeti tumblers when we needed). We also never used the pool even though our room was right next to it. The restaurant was packed nearly every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and being that it overlooks the pool- we were self conscious swimming while people were eating. That said, we loved our stay and would come back again based on the wonderful staff and location. Thanks Christopher for a wonderful week

Fabulous accommodation in a fantastic...

Liked: The staff were super friendly and the accommodation was quirky and fantastic. Location was excellent and the Randy Roberts show was immense. Would definitely recommend to others and if back in Key West would stay here again. The warmest welcome ever.
Disliked: Shower not quite powerful enough but not enough to put us off staying again.
