Disliked: The mattress was really uncomfortable Like it was sinking and old. I hardly slept.The menu of drinks in the pool wasn't updated I asked for dark cherry cider that I saw on the menu and I was told its not on the menu for a while.

Best romantic getaway

Liked: The staff is amazing, particularly the manager José. He is so friendly and made us feel at home. It is our 2nd stay at La Serena and he is one of the reasons why we came back. We love the fact that La Serena is so peaceful and quiet. It's the perfect place to relax. Also the private outdoor patio with bathtub and fireplace is so cute and romantic. It's such a special touch, it contributes immensely to making the room so charming. We will definitely be back again!

Liked: Love the location; walkable to all of downtown Palm Springs.
Disliked: Bathroom lighting can be brighter.New bed pillows needed; those in our room were very flat/worn.

Perfect retreat for respite right...

Liked: Sweetest little resting spot. Well appointed and lovely spill out spaces (bathtubs by fire pit and front porch). The little pour-over coffee pouches were top shelf. I loved it all!
