The best stay of B&B...

Liked: It was the best stay of our entire trip. The property was very clean, spacious. Good amenities, breakfast was okay. Nearby to Tram, walkable distance from Firenze SMN. A Laundry place across the property (open till 10:00 pm)
Disliked: Tie up with a Cafe restaurant, however the experience with cafe staff was not good.

Liked: Great room, clean and nice. Good balcony. Quiet and nice
Disliked: Breakfast could be a bit closer (it's a bar on a corner of the street and a big bigger, but it's typical for Italy).

Liked: Very good spacious rooms and very clean, the owner of the place is very kind and supportive....
Disliked: According to the train schedule we arrived to the city bit early. Since we were not allowed to check in early, we made a request to grant permission for us to keep the baggages atleast. That was also refused and we were bit disappointed.

Would not recommend

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Bathroom with clonged pipes, lot of disturbance from owners to clean pipes and on top of all of this demanding 40 Eur for checking out 15 min later

Liked: Good location near two tram stations that take you directly to Florence centre in 10 minutes.
Disliked: The breakfast offered at a nearby cafe was inadequate.
