Disliked: The quality of the hotel was unbelievably low for a four-star hotel. The room was supposed to have a bathtub, but there was only a shower room. Then they should have mentioned that when booking. The windows were broken and not only were the locks not tightened, but the doors did not close and a draft was coming in, making it cold. The locks were not locked, which is problematic from a security point of view. Furthermore, the body and hand soap, and the hairdryer and cups were dirty. It is not very four-star and I will never come back. Very disappointing.

Liked: The location was wonderful for our short stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, the Hop On, Hop Off bus, the ferry and many attractions were easy to access.
