Liked: The property has most of the amenities expected in a luxury hotel. Staff are friendly and genuine. Breakfast was a nice experience every day. The roof bar is another beautiful place to enjoy a beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Location is a plus for me because it meant I had to walk a few blocks to reach the shopping center in Zurich. I can’t say there was a single major thing that I did not like.
Disliked: I traveled with my son to Zurich but this property does not cater to guests not sharing the same bed as there were no rooms with separate beds.

Liked: This boutique hotel in Zurich is the best place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail, from the luxurious room with a lake view to everything else. I will definitely be returning.

Liked: Didn't eat in the hotel or use the facilities as I was out everyday. Hotel was very clean and modern with nice touches. Staff were really nice.
Disliked: What I wanted from the hotel I got and I chose it for the fact I could a room with a balcony and in a central location.
