A little gem of a...

Liked: Fantastic 4 star hotel. The accessible room was great. (Although not suitable for people using powered wheelchairs really) The hotel is spotless throughout with all the facilities you'd expect (aoart from a bar). The staff are wonderful and super helpful. Just down the road from the Arc de Triomphe and a reasonable walk to the Eiffel Tower.
Disliked: Not a criticism as such, but a small bar service in the evening would be a great addition. Maybe served from the area used at breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: The location is excellent, very close to Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and the metro station is 5 min walk.The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good. The air-condition in the room is excellent and the bed and pillows are comfortable.
Disliked: The wifi in the hotel was very bad.There is one lift in the hotel for guests and staff so you may wait a little till your lift arrives.
