Liked: It’s accessibility to all the sights.
Disliked: We were told at Reception that we had been upgraded. However, the room we were given was very small with no balcony so I’m not sure what we were upgraded from.

Disliked: Very noisy guests in another room. We told staff multiple times, they were receptive but ultimately did not stop the noisy guests, which kept us awake until after 3am. So we managed less than 4 hours of sleep. Really ruined our visit.

Liked: We love the location of the hotel.Its near arch the triomphe, train stops, champ Elysee etc . We love the breakfast and the free snacks after 4pm.

Amazing stay in fabulous Paris

Liked: Absolutely fabulous hotel, located close to the Arc de Triomphe, metro station within metres and community location with restaurants, and boulangerie. We loved our stay here, nice and quiet yet within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The breakfast was amazing if you couldn’t find anything to your liking you should be run out of Paris. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
Disliked: Nothing the hotel ticked all our boxes from welcome to departure

Best location i've been in...

Liked: Whatever i asked for i've got. Early check in could be cheaper but it is up on them. Everything was fine. Found couple of hair in the bathroom but it took a fee seconds to clean it up - could be done by maid, but mistakes happen. Asked for a view in advance and got a view (they even knew i wanted it - didnt happen for me for a while when i asked something thru the booking). Top customer service
