Electricity went off in room...

Liked: Staff was good.
Disliked: Electricity went off, which was really annoying. Also, heater kept stop working every 5-10 minutes.

New property in good location...

Liked: Location to Airport for flight following morning
Disliked: Smelt funny - unsure if wet/mould or guests cooking fish!Entrance from road was off kilter & only One Way out so had to drive whole block to leave area

Liked: Staff at reception really friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable. Good shower and nice toiletries

Liked: Warm, comfy bed, clean, good shower, great location near airport, double glazing
Disliked: Constant dripping noise in wall at night. A microwave would have been good. No opening windows

Liked: The view. The shower was nice had good pressure. Parking was convenient. And the room service was great.
Disliked: The room I was staying in had bed bugs. Hotel tried gaslighting me saying that they were sandflie bites. I don’t understand how a sandflie will bite me on my back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands when I was covered up 24/7 while I was in Queenstown. Only time those body parts were exposed was when I went to sleep. I asked for compensation but was declined. Now I am suffering with very itchy skin that’s currently oozing with puss. And btw it is uncommon for sandflies to be out in cold. They like the warmth.
