Disliked: Need to be more generous with the towels and wash clothes ...and hot tub needs to be hot not cool

Liked: Clean rooms, convenient location, friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Stayed here many times, never had an issue before- maybe this was a once off.

Disliked: When you ask for extra Towels they will not give you any until you return the dirty ones , And also the Duvet of the bed it’s supposed to be white but it’s so dirty that it’s beige also the Towels , the sheets .

I think the clerk at...

Liked: Nothing cause I didn’t stay inside the la Quinta inn by Wyndham West Long Branch the front desk clerk was beyond disrespectful and took my money and made me sign a waiver with adding more money to what was say and I didn’t organize any transactions from my card he took my id card and debit card and I noticed he tapped my card and telling me I have to pay $150 for the search charge and another $250 for the room if is damaged so I haven’t stay in the hotel at all and I need my refund back if I didn’t use the hotel

You get what you pay...

Liked: The hotel was located in a good vicinity to shop and eat.
Disliked: The room had a smokey smell to it. It wouldn't go away. You were not allowed extra pillows. The sheets, towels, and wash cloths had stains.
