Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Rooms were dirty. Manager does not care about guests concerns. Pool was not kept up.

Disliked: Woman at the front desk was extremely rude,she's at work getting paid but treated me like I was an inconvenience to her nite. I arrived there at 2:30 in the am after an 8 hour drive. Booking.com is how I got the room and it said that the front desk is open 24 hours so I went with it. I get there and tell her I would like to check in and the first thing she does is point at a sign that says "3 pm check in" and tells me "Look, it says 3 pm, not 3 in the morning!! Not what I want to be dealing with after me,my wife and 2 tired and cranky daughters just finished a very long drive. I tell her that I read the front desk is open 24 hours and she snaps at me again, "who told you that?"!! So at this point I'm kinda frustrated with level of disrespect but I'm still being as patient as I can,so I offer to give confirmation number and once again she snaps at me before I could even finish my sentence, "I dont need it"!! After all that I finally get a room,( which we only needed to get a little rest and then right back on the road) someone else walks in as I'm leaving and she starts in on them too,pointing at the same "3 pm check in" sign and being a real bitch to another person with his tired wife and kids.I dont know if the night crew doesn't matter to you because of the low volume of customers, but this woman doesn't belong anywhere even close to a customer service job. She should be scrubbing toilets and taking out garbage, anything where she has no reason to talk to the customer, worst service I've ever had at any business anywhere.
