Overall for it's price and rating, it was what we were expecting. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Those are key points.

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Fridge and microwave!
Disliked: Traffic noise was really bad as well as the HVAC unit continually woke us up but needed it for comfort.

Pleasant check in staff.

Disliked: Only 1 lift working over weekend full of college students. Shower soap holder was broken and just lying on the floor of bathroom. Obviously been seen by cleaning staff, but ignored

Disliked: They lost the reservation after we called to change our dates, water leaks and overbooking caused us to search elsewhere. Front desk was rude when we showed the list of calls and emails that confirmed our reservations but there was no room in the Inn per say

Business Travel

Liked: Comfortable, good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: Mold on the ceiling in bathroom.

Disliked: They gave me a room with one bed to sleep with my son

Disliked: Super dust. Not clean at all. Smells like cigarettes. Costumer service was not great.
