I keep going back, but...
Liked: I like the location Mostly friendly staff
Disliked: I don’t like how they hold 75 dollars for the deposit. It takes forever to get it back. Very inconvenient. Also the parking fee seems ridiculous to me. Just keeps going up. I pay a lot to rent a car and then have to pay to park it where I’m staying. Seems like they’re just trying to be like hotels in the quarter and they simply aren’t

Never going back
Liked: Breakfast is only waffle and boiled eggs cereal bread coffee and juice. Room decor looks like it’s from grandmas house back in the 70s . Phone in room didn’t work. Desk lamp didn’t work. Only had bath towels and no wash cloths . Pool was so cloudy u couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. Morning agent didn’t even ask for my ID when asked asked for a new room key. He had dreads in his hair. He claims he seen me all morning but I left on a Monday night 10pm and didn’t come back till 11am Tuesday morning . so how did u see me in the lobby all morning and a few times at that.
Disliked: Better breakfast option other than waffle cereal and boiled eggs

Never stayed Booking gave wrong...
Liked: Didn't stay booking was wrong.
Disliked: Didn't stay there. Desk attendant manger etc. Said never book a room through booking wrong price. But they will be able to cancel free of charge. That us what I was told.

Your facility needs many updates...
Liked: Very little. The staff was pleasant and kind but the room was supposed to be an accessible room and it was very hard for me. I am BLIND and travel often. The accommodations usually meet my needs but this time IT DID NIT. 1. The keys did not work and we went down to the front desk 4 times for them to rekey them. 2. The room’s air temp was very warn and it was. On 73. We had to lower the temps down to 60 to feel any coolness. However over night 60 was too cold. Which disturbed my sleep. In order to raise the temps temp I had to get up, put my prosthetic leg on, get up and go over to the ac unit to readjust. By that time, I was awake and could not go back to sleep. 3. The HOTEL RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER. THE FRONT DESK TOLD US THE HOTEL WAS PUT OF TOILET PAPER. WE WENT OVER TO WALGREENS AND BOUGHT 4 ROLLS OF PAPER. 4. Being BLIND, I could not work the microwave, coffee pot nor the remote to the tv. 5. The refrigerator did not cool at all temp to keep water cold. A plate of food I put in the fridge went bad and I had to throw it out. 6. The room phone did not work. We could not hear a dial tone. When we told the front desk dtaff, the lady sent engineer to the room and he came in and plugged the phone into the wall. As a BLIND PERSON, I should not have to come into a hotel room plugging equipment in just to use I am also an AMPUTEE and could not take a full shower because I can’t stand on 1 leg. I’d slop in the shower, so there needs to be a shower chair or bench in the shower or in the room to be used when needed. it. Also, I think of safety first. If there had been an emergency, how would I have called for help. I am sending this feedback in not as a complaint but more of a help for your hotel chains do better by the disabled/handicapped community. This is a large community of people who deserved to be treated w/the same accommodations as others.
Disliked: That is was close to the airport.
