Liked: The size of the room for a king suite was larger than expected
Disliked: The hotel was dirty.. I had a few friends , we all booked rooms.. all of our rooms smelt bad. Mattresses stained, sheets and pillows dirty, chips on sofa!Tv remote only turned the tv on, but didn’t actually work!Floor was sticky! After my son took a shower, he walked around the room and his feet was black from the filthy floors!I stayed in a suite on the first floor! I was only allowed (1) towel for the room!I also had a man smoking a crack pipe outside my window for two nights in a row!!Worst hotel experience ever!

Liked: Clean hotel in good location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Exactly what I expected for the price.
Disliked: Pool was still green and looked bad walking in.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: Did not like we had paid for 2 beds when we got their there were no 2 beds

Liked: It was close to where I needed to go
Disliked: How the room was not cleaned there for a week and had to clean my own room or had to keep getting my own towels throw my own trash. Not enough soap give ]n had to asked for that as we were three people using the shower. We needed towels every day. It was ok but why rent a room. Of you had to clean should, get a discount to do your maid service. Your customers should not have to clean their rooms for what the cost of paying for the stay.

Could have been better prepared...

Liked: It was during Mardi Gras there weren't enough towels in my room for 4 people to start out with on day 1, went down to front desk and another guess had same problem...we went brought towels from target because of shortage.
Disliked: Wasn't prepared for the crowd but was prepared to raise the rates for the Mardi Gras season.
