All in all pleasant and...

Liked: The room was comfortable and well laid out.The breakfast was very good..Check in was done very efficiently and the desk clerk was very courteous.
Disliked: One thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that the sink in the vanity did not drain correctly. When brushing teeth or washing your hands and face you could only run the water for a short time and then turn it off to allow the sink to drain.

Next time I will look...

Disliked: Shower is dangerous without hand holds. Very noisy room to room.

Disliked: The front desk lady was horrible and wouldn't work with us. We didn't stay there because the front desk lady was horrible to deal with. We are also members there at the hotel and never had such bad experiences with the front desk.

Liked: The location was perfect. It’s right next to a lovely park with walking access to lots of cool things in Eugene.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: Bed mattress must have been old and had deep indentation on one side, older tv wasn’t smart tv, no updated plugs for phone chargers, small pillows, room was never serviced so ran out of towels. Definitely not worth rate I paid. I still am even trying to get a final receipt emailed to me says after we left.

Liked: We liked the friendliness of the staff and the pet friendly approach by LaQuinta. The breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Had some problems with the TV remote. Staff advised us on the phone to reset the wall cable box. Also, the room thermostat didn't seem to respond to adjustment. Was a little cold. Other than that, we liked our stay. Thank you.
