Poor customer service, overpriced
Liked: I liked the accessibility and hotel design. The rooms were spacious and all necessities that you would normally expect were available.
Disliked: I did not like the service. The hotel manager was very rude and inconsiderate. Grab and Go breakfast options were available from 730-1030am. We checked out at 1040 and asked for breakfast and the manager refused. I was disappointed beyond the fact that only 10 minutes had passed and all he needed to do was grab 3 bags. There was noise being made from the early hours (approximately 6am) by housekeeping staff that disturbed our sleep tremendously. When I explained to the manager, I simply got a blank stare. The room rate was $115+ for one night. I?ve paid less and received way more in the Atlanta area, including exceptional customer service. Overall, the worse La Quinta I?ve ever stayed in and I actually like La Quinta hotels (I look for them when I?m traveling).

Liked: No breakfast at this moment only grab bags which I didn't want
Disliked: It was humid or damp in my room and the air doesn't work as it should

Liked: Didnt have breakfast because of covid. But they still handed goodies for you morning start.
