Pleasant stay

Liked: The staff was very pleasant
Disliked: The rooms had a foul odor. They were no vents in the bathroom. The ceilings need to be repaired, most of them had water stains. Need more waffle makers, had to wait almost an hour to make a waffle. Carpets in the hall need to be cleaned.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly...

Liked: The building was well maintained, and staff was kind.
Disliked: I didn't like being overbooked, forced to take a king size bed over 2 queens. This didn't work well with the amount in our party. Also, having a run in with another group in 2am that also was given the same room. The only explanation came from a call from the lobby 20 minutes later explaining that we're in the wrong room and that this was "That other girls fault." No word from the desk when we checked out.

Accommodations wonderful...staff left much to...

Liked: The interior and set up and dining area was fantastic Decor beautiful...we loved our double queen suite
Disliked: The facility was amazing..room great! Breakfast and dining area wondeful..only issue was the staff was not at all friendly. I was kind and tried to get front desk people to smile at check in and throughout staff but they acted like they hated being there. A lady cleaning rooms the morning we left was so sweet....she and her cart were in the way and she immediately said oh I'm so sorry..it wasn't even a problem but she was so kind

Needs an overhaul of cleaning

Liked: The location was close to resturants and stores. The Pool was nice
Disliked: We arrived, checked into our room to find dog poop dried to the carpet, and the rest of the room dirty, I went to the front desk to let them know, with two receptionist standing there, so they spoke to each other about a "Family" who had stayed in there a long time as if the dirt remaining after they left was their fault, and ignored me as if I had disappeared. I returned to my room thinking maybe I would just clean it myself since we were staying for four days, but I discovered it was more than I anticipated at first glance. I then went to speak to the manager, who did offer us another room, which we took, it was cleaner, but certainly no 5 star. The elevator was disgusting and never cleaned our entire stay. No vacuums ran in the hallways, but here comes the reason I actually decided to write a review, Every morning for breakfast we woke up early to go have some, and was disappointed every day! I decided to eat cereal and simply asked the breakfast attendant if she had milk, (I didn't see any cartons as I did the previous day) she didn't even speak to me, she made a face and half rolled her eyes as If I was simple minded and pointed to the small refrigerator with a pitcher in it with a small amount of white liquid (milk) that I thought might be coffee creamer. Not someone who should be serving the guests apparently. Over all, the rudeness was an 8, with the exception of the manager resolving our issue and one housekeeper on the first floor with short dyed blonde hair on top (I wish We had gotten her name) who was extremely courteous to us and helpful everyday! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO HIRE A HOUSEMAN TO CLEAN EVERYTHING OUTSIDE THE ROOMS AS THIS HOTEL HAS THE POTENTIAL TO REALLY BRING IN THE CASH IF RAN PROPERLY, THE COST OF BRINGING IN ONE HOUSEMAN FOR 6 HOURS A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK WOULD BE WELL WORTH THE RATINGS AND $$ THIS HOTEL COULD MAKE.

Disliked: The Pool was full of bugs but we cleaned it and enjoyed our swim...also when the staff cleaned our room they did not vacuum or sweep the bathroom floor

It was a good stay.

Liked: The location was good, not too far from the event we attended on Saturday. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the comfort of the room.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not clean the room on Saturday. I had to get assistance from the front desk for clean towels.
