Liked: Very quiet
Disliked: Unfortunately they are remodeling...which is a good thing as well .. we stayed on the 2nd floor our room had been already remodeled but wasn't completely finished... small fridge didn't work .. couple outlets still had exposed wires and no light fixture ... also the pool was closed

Liked: Overall a nice stay. Staff was friendly and they allow pets. Plenty of places to take dogs.
Disliked: Remodeling occurring during stay and pool was out of order.

Last time sorry

Liked: The hotel was under was renovated and was unable to seat for breakfast. I was traveling with my dog ( 10 lbs ). And was charged an extra $25. I’m sorry but I have stayed at this location several times never was I charged for my dog. I will NOT be going back to this location again. Very disappointed

Disliked: I prefer bacon over sausage so bacon would be nice for a change!! The hotel was in remodeling mode which will be nice when done!! I think the one thing about the room the carpets have a smell about them ! A musty snell

Disappointing

Liked: Location and pet friendly.
Disliked: It was under major renovation and this was not mentioned on the website.The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard.

I am extremely disappointed and...

Disliked: This hotel should NOT have been taking reservations while so deep in the remodeling process. At the very least, there should have been a discount. The hotel lobby was completely torn up along with the kitchen area. The stairwells were littered with debris and I was sickened by the overwhelming smell of paint snd adhesive. The elevator is very ragged and according to the posted certificate, has not been inspected for years! The advertised breakfast was coffee, cereal and mini blueberry muffins. The table that the food was on was set up right in the center of the work area and I actually had to straddle a tray of paint to get coffee. There was dust from the remodeling project EVERYWHERE. The person who took my reservation less than an hour before I got there made it very clear that as soon as we ended the conversation, the reservation could not be cancelled, yet never mentioned the fact that the hotel was completely torn up. There are a lot of other hotels that I could have stayed at but based on my previous excellent experiences with La Quinta, I wanted to stay here. So much for customer loyalty.
