Disliked: Hotel was under construction. Our room was incomplete. Missing furniture to sit on.

Liked: Being completely remodeled! Our room was new, fresh and clean. Conveniently located between Florida and WNY. Cracker barrel next store was an added bonus. Our dogs loved it too!

Liked: Had to be moved due to no electric. Construction work being done. Would have gone some where else if aware of remodeling work. Bright work lights lit up the room with curtains drawn. Noisy doors slammed several times during night hours.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: The only good thing about the stay was the bed. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The whole place was undergoing renovations and we were not told that when we checked in or given the option to cancel and go to another hotel. The room was basically uninhabitable from check in until 7:15 pm because of the noise from a jack hammer down the hall. The room was dirty and the pipe under the sink leaked so that we had to put towels down to keep our feet dry when using the bathroom. Breakfast was a scant spread with lukewarm scrambled eggs and sausage. They ran out of hot coffee even though there were only a few of us in the breakfast room. The desk manager told us he couldn't give us a discount or refund because we "chose" to spend the night. We were NOT informed we could cancel and get our money back even though we had prepaid in full. The construction resumed at 7:30 am We will never stay there again and will tell us all our friends to avoid this hotel.
