Liked: Love this hotel. It's quite budget-friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, and it's dog friendly! We stay here every time we come to the Dells!
Disliked: Breakfast has gone downhill a bit--still nice bc it's included in the room, there's plenty of seating, and a fair amount of options.

Disliked: Too much chlorine in the pool your eyes burn just walking in the pool room. Also got a noise complaint just for talking at a normal talking level in my room

Friendly staff, clean and convenient...

Liked: Really appreciated having the shuttle service to the Crystal Theatre. The front desk staff were terrific and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of varied breakfast foods. Area was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: All in all we had a positive experience.

Mostly good!

Liked: The hotel is newer, modern and clean. It is also in a great location. My only two complaints are that the walls are SO thin and I could hear everything everywhere as if there were no walls at all. Also the breakfast was basic and in itself just fine but missing small key things you would want to make it okay like butter and hotsauce. I would definitely stay here again as there are many run down hotels in the Dells. With just a couple small adjustments this place could be GREAT.
