Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed plus pet friendly...easy access to highway and restaurants... Continental breakfast was the usual offerings. Pool area and exterior grounds well kept

Liked: It was in a great location. Large hotel for wide room availability. Staff was kind and courteous.
Disliked: The property was run down. Rooms were even worse. Broken toilets, sinks, showers, and drains. Our TV did not work. The WiFi was not strong or widely available. The whole first floor smelled of marijuana and cigarettes. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The check in process was a mess. We did not receive the correct room. It was a lesser-grade room. I expected a more spacious room and correct sized beds to accommodate our stay. I brought this to their attention and was reassured we were placed correctly, however, this was not the case. The entire hotel felt unclean - floors, facilities, linens.
