Liked: Great one night stop over on our southern road trip

Terrible experience

Disliked: We booked to stay here for my Aunt’s Funeral service in Winchester, VA. We originally had a room on the 6th floor and as we checked in the toilet did not work. We then got moved to the 4th floor and the staff didn’t tell us it was a dog floor and there was dog hair and terrible pet odor in the room and floor. We are also allergic to dogs. We came back after my Aunt’s funeral to rest, and our room key was deactivated without notice. We had to then go back down to the lobby to get it reactivated. I asked if we were placed on a dog floor and the staff said yes we were and didn’t care that we did not want to stay on a go dog floor. Fast forward to Sundays checkout and now I’m severely ill due to the dog smell and hair that was all in our room. We stay here all the time when we visit family and this has been a huge let down. I will look for other hotels in the future.
