Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. There was blond hair on the towels. There was a black male sock in the room and a sanitary packaging in the bathroom. The carpet was frayed and there was knicks through it the room that I took pictures of. The most disturbing was going to the breakfast area to see a person with a sleeping bonnet on in shorts shirt and jacket go into the kitchen area where the food is being prepped grab bread from the loaf and bring it back to the breakfast area and pour it in the toaster. Based on her attire she was not working even if she was an employee and shouldn’t have been in the kitchen prep area. The door to the side entry needed to be repaired because it slammed all night and could be heard from my room which disturbed me during the stay.

Disliked: The room was filthy, dried soap in shower, mold all around the trim. Toilet was broken, room door didnt close all the way. Mold in mini fridge, splattered food or something on curtains. The bedding and towels stained. Floors were dirty like not vacuumed or washed. Drove 4 hours to enjoy busch gardens with my kids, we went came back to hotel and left. Horrible wasting money on a hotel as shady and dirty as this place was.

Liked: The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was mold on the walls and ceiling along with the bathroom. The floors carpet was sticky and smell of mold, along with multiple places where the carpet was chewed it looked like. I took many pictures and plan to inform the local health department to investigate the mold before someone gets very sick. There were also bugs coming from the AC unit. We found one on the pillow. When we tried to tell the front desk employee she didn’t understand due to a language barrier and was told she would call management and that never happened.
