Nice Hotel/No WiFi

Liked: Clean, comfortable, great location.
Disliked: I stayed 5 nights and wifi was unavailable the entire time which was quite an inconvenience since it was listed as one of the main ammenities.

Relatively Nice Stay

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. I also liked that there was an indoor pool for my kids to swim. I liked that the management was polite. I also liked that there was breakfast included and that there were a variety of breakfast foods.
Disliked: I was not happy with the bathtub because it was quite slippery and resulted in my 58-year-old mother falling. I was slightly upset with our room not being cleaned until the third time it was requested.

Liked: Had car trouble and left a lot later than anticipated. Called hotel to let them know we'd be very late. Got in at 225am. Front desk clerk was very pleasant.
Disliked: Got to room and keys didn't work. Went back and got new ones. They didn't work either. Called from desk and she came up to let us in. Room had not been cleaned. She went to find us another room. Ten minutes later she called me to verify that I had booked an accessible room. When I said yes, was asked if I really needed it. I have mobility issues and my ankles aren't always stable. So yes, I need the bars and higher toilet. By this time, it was 315. I had to be on the road by 10 to reach my next destination on time. By the time we got into a room it was 345. When asked if they would do anything about the issues we had, was told because I booked through Booking that they couldn't do anything for me. The room we eventually got was clean just not accessible, so I couldn't have a shower in the morning.

Disliked: Had to wait 30 minutes to check in before person behind desk showed up, said fixing someones TV. Sorry should not have to wait to check in and their was more people behind me also having to wait.
