Don’t be deceived. This place...
Liked: Beautiful facility
Disliked: There were hardly any staff there. It took me 1-1/2 hrs to find someone just to check in. I finally had to call their phone number—from the lobby!

Liked: The staff when we checked in were very nice
Disliked: There was no soap in the room of any kind so I had to go to Walmart so we could wash our hands. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner were empty, which made us wonder if our room was actually clean. The toilet seat fell off the toilet so my husband repaired it. At breakfast there was cereal but no milk. When we asked about it we were told they weren't messing with milk today. Also the coffee was empty at 8am, and many guests had to get upset before anyone would make more.

Decent
Liked: The breakfast was good and needs were comfortable. The location is near a lot of restaurants and safe location.
Disliked: Our bathroom shower was not clean and had hair in it. Our room had air conditioning but the entire hallway floor did not have air.

Passable
Liked: While we will not be back due to our experience, the hotel itself was what was expected. It was clean, in a decent location, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard for most continental breakfasts: scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, microwave oatmeal, toast and bagels.
Disliked: After a long day in the heat, we arrived just after 5 looking forward to heading to our room. We were informed our room was not ready. We waited almost an hr before a room was available. From what I overheard, we were not the only guests waiting for rooms to be ready.Our room had no washcloths, and no soap for washing hands or taking a shower.
