We thought the hotel was very nice. The room was really nice and the breakfast was great. Liked how there is a little shop by the front desk in case you run out of something. Wish the pool had been open.

I had an awesome experience with this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable. The rate is great for a traveller on a budget too.

Very unclean.

Liked: Just overall not clean. Dirt smeared on the walls in multiple locations. The light switches and even the outlets were covered in dark, dirty filth. The tub appeared to have never been scrubbed at any point in its entire existence. The furniture was ripped and torn, pieces of the drywall were missing. I understand these are pet friendly rooms, but pet friendly doesn’t mean that every hotel guest is dirty as well.
Disliked: The cleanliness and the location wasn’t super. It is a few doors down from a police substation, but there were a lot of loiterers hanging around.

Horrible experience for $100+

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room was suppose to be handicap accessible. It was not. The door was barely wide enough for my husband's mobility chair to fit through. The room smelled. The carpet was disgusting and the tile floor when sticky when you walked on it. The bed was so high that my husband could barely get in and the mattress was so uncomfortable. The bathroom faucet had so much lime built up on it. There were questionable stained on the wall up by the ceiling and the ceiling was peeling off along with the paint. And it was on the second floor. How is ok to have a handicapped room on the second floor. If there was fire we would not have been able to get out because he is in a chair. If it wasnt for us having to be in town for an appointment at the hospital we would not have stayed here.

Would not stay there again.

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: The facility was not clean. Dirty linen and trash left in the hallways for hours. My keys barely worked. Was stuck outside and outside my hotel room for 15 minutes thing to get the key to work. Staff never wanted to bring towels. It was a battle to get clean Linen and towels. The smoke detectors was damaged. Hanging out the detector. The windows did not have a screen in it. Thankful I did not travel with kids super unsafe. There wasn’t even. A safety lock on the windows.

It was a decent hotel....

Liked: The pool was nice. The rooms were spacious. It was quiet and calm.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great. We got locked out many times because the key cards wouldn’t work and then got in trouble for being locked out without shoes on when we were going back in for the shoes but could not. It was not very clean. The tv barely worked. Had many stations we could not watch.

It was ok just for...

Liked: It was easy check in pool looked nice didn’t swim though bed was comfortable
Disliked: Elevators either didn’t work or took forever we had to take stairs every time and the smell when you took the stairs wasn’t pleasant. I guess you get what you pay for. Dogs barking across hall when they would hear people should have dogs on one specific section.

Unsanitary conditions. Would not stay...

Liked: The location was close to the highway
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. I had to request a new room because the bathroom smelled very strong like urine. The tub was dirty and full of hair and the floors were very sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor.There was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators.They ran out of towels. I called the front desk and they stated there would be a 30 minute wait due to the towels being in the laundry. 2hrs later I came down to the front desk to see why I hadn't received the towels and was told they were out and house keeping was gone for the day. I asked for a manager due to being lied to 2hrs prior and the manager magically found some towels. And those had hair on them and stains.There were kids running through the hallway yelling and cussing at 2am.The staff was friendly but lazy.I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
