La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Westport

We thought the hotel was very nice. The room was really nice and the breakfast was great. Liked how there is a little shop by the front desk in case you run out of something. Wish the pool had been open.

I had an awesome experience with this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable. The rate is great for a traveller on a budget too.

Liked: Wonderful staff, clean room, safe neighborhood, close to the Pageant
Disliked: I couldn't stay longer

Liked: The only problem we had the tv wouldn't work. Very slow response to fixing it. After they did come. Couldn't fix it. My husband fix it temporarily. They never checked back to see if everything was working . Also the shower was extremely slippery. What ever they clean it with was not clean away. Almost fell. When spoke to the front desk. Did absolutely nothing

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was into a nice location. The breakfast is kind of basic. Free access to the pool and gym.

Disliked: Pool was a little dingy. Room was clean but hallway carpet needs cleaned.

If you’re looking for somewhere...

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The knob to my toilet was broken so we had to push a button inside to actually flush the toilet. Channel 1 to 10 didn’t work. Which was horrible because those were the news channels.

Overall great experience

Liked: Handicap services were great. Room very comfortable. They need to fix the hotel entry door locks that did not work on 2 doors.
Disliked: Door locks to the outside
