Clean and cozy rooms. Our stay was nice and the location of the hotel is great. Close to basically everything.

Liked: I come here just about every six weeks. It's a nice value for your money, okay for business trips but not a 5 star hotel
Disliked: When things aren't working correctly, they bounce you to a new room, but it seems that happens to me often. This time the first room smelled bad then the second room the TV did not work. No volume.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: In general, staff was nice. That's about it.
Disliked: The room smelled damp. I would have asked for a different room, but since the housekeeper didn't notify management that the room was damp smelling, I assumed that must be the norm. I stuck it out because I would have had to pay anyway for my two nights if I went elsewhere. Breakfast was not great.

Awful hotel

Liked: The location was okay
Disliked: This is a very dates hotel it needs a lot of work. The room was very dirty with hairs in the bed / bed sheets and the shower area. I put on white socks after my shower and walked around the room to getting to suitcase etc and the bottom of my white socks were black. The breakfast was awful

Room was bad with mold...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the ladies that were working the front desk when I arrived, were very polite and helpful.
Disliked: I'll start by saying I have pictures and video proof of my claims. The smell was bad but lessened when I turned down the A/C. The bed was not comfortable, felt like a damaged mattress. Every surface in the room had moisture on it. I thought the mini fridge was leaking but it was found that it was the floor boards in the bathroom, every time you put pressure on the floor boards it releases water. The sticky floor which I realized was mold when the sun came out. I arrived at night so I didn't notice the mold when I checked in and with the smell, I just gave the benefit of the doubt. The next morning when I went to tell the front desk people about the issues, he tried to make it my fault, telling me " It's suspicious that I would stay the night if it was so bad. " In kind I had to explain to him that it's dark at night time so I wouldn't notice the things that made me want to leave. He then said, normally guest would request another room instead of leaving. If the room was this bad, why would I chance another one?

Disliked: everything - bad food selections and again so dirty
