Liked: Close to restaurants and staff was EXTREMELY helpful! I left a small bathroom bag in the room which had my orthodontic retainer in it and the staff and manager went out of their way to priority mail it to me as I'm now in Atlanta!
Disliked: nothing - all was great.

Your beds are too high

Liked: Everything was great, clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection. The bed was really comfortable once I managed to get up on it.
Disliked: The bed was so high I couldn't get up on it. I had brought a stool from home. But it wasn't high enough. I had to ask for a stool, and the one they loaned me was a small plastic one. Every time I stepped up on it I was afraid it would collapse under me, because I had one like it and it did collapse under me. Twisting my ankle and bruised my knee joint badly. I recovered. But if I had made the mistake of stepping into the middle of it instead of putting my weight on the sides I might have fallen through it too. I wouldn't let any other customers take that chance. I'm not anywhere close to 300 lbs. Which is what it's advertised to hold. It doesn't. You need to provide a stool that is sturdy for your older short customers. I don't take pictures of my hotels, just my family.
