Liked: Easy access to I20
Disliked: key card deactivated and staff said it was because it was near a cell phone.

Liked: When you first walk in it smelt amazing and friendly staff
Disliked: Had to changed rooms the first room smelt of mildew and pee, late night was stomping banging and loud noises and the air unit was not working correctly in the room

Overall decent short stay.

Liked: The beds were actually nice. Decent location right off Highway. Pet friendly. Pool. Breakfast.
Disliked: The housekeeping is a little different but it has signs stating that. We had three people and when we got to the room it would have been nice to have at least that many towels not super inconvenient though

Nice place but not for...

Liked: Very nice hotel, good location with easy to hwy, didn't hear hwy noise. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. The staff was excellent very accommodating. Breakfast was good with choices. I felt safe walking my dogs. They accepted pets, but you pay a bit for that privilege.
Disliked: I requested a room for handicap since my husband uses a walker, going distance is a challenge for him. They said they had a handicap room for him. It was a challenge to walk all the way to the elevator which was a distance from front desk, then go to 3rd floor and walk 1/2 way down the hall to the room. The only "handicap" about the room was the bathroom, even that wasn't good - no walkin shower - struggle with bathtub if you want to bathe. At the elevator it says in emergency to use the stairs. REALLY? A person in a walker is going to use stairs from 3rd floor? He's stuck. This hotel, and others we have stayed in need to re-think what a handicap room is - where it is.

Very poor

Liked: I like that it was off the highway easy access.
Disliked: The pool was not open, and neither was the hot tub. There was nowhere to take my dog to go to the bathroom, and the rooms were very dirty.
