Poor

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a very nice perk! The front desk person was very nice but she didn't seem confident in what she was doing and check-in was very slow.
Disliked: The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The room smelled liked dogs. There should be designated rooms where pets are allowed and most where pets are NOT allowed. The whole experience would have been different if we didn't have to put up with the smell.

Liked: Very out dated, old carpets, no elevator ( I use/need cane), very narrow steps to second floor.Our first room the air/fan would not stay off. Had to change room.Now this is very important!Female day manager was a very nasty and rude person( filed a complaint about her). We were checking out, was 9:03 am, asked if I can get a couple muffins. She angerly said no! Kitchen closes at 9. I said, it's 9:03, and didn't want anything other than the muffins( which I did pay for in my reservation, as breakfast is included). Still very rude, I asked to speak to the person in charge of Kitchen, she said she's on breakfast and wouldn't call her.Better to pay more for a better place.
Disliked: The old building and its interior( carpets, steps, etc.)But mainly did not like the nasty and rude day manager.
