Liked: The hotel was close to my family reunion. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The facility was old and needed renovations. Carpets are old in hallways.

Disliked: We paid booking.com then the hotel charged us as well. Checked in after midnight and the front desk clerk said she could not check us in as reservation was for the day before. Took over an hour to get to a room. Then we were charged twice and front desk staff was rude and not helpful
