Clean room, nice shower. Free breakfast. It was quiet, no trouble.

Liked: Clean with plenty of pillows.
Disliked: None really.

I would stay again and...

Liked: I liked the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I spent some time at the pool which was taken care of nicely. I found it to be a great value.
Disliked: For some reason everyday I had to get new keys made - they blamed possibly being close to phone- I was in early so I was never locked out it would have been a different story for people who like to stay out late at night. The first morning the breakfast was lacking options no cereal or bagels I get up early so it wasn’t because it was almost closed- 2 nd day was better.

No what I was expecting...

Liked: Close to the beach.
Disliked: Room smelly, wet carpet and the AC making a weird and heavy noise. Beds clothes look dirty and smelly. I have been in other same chain of hotels and found them cleaner and cozy.

Clean, nice, understaffed

Liked: This place is a fine hotel and suited my need well. However they are badly understaffed with 1 clerk working evening check in. Check in takes a very long time and with a line to the door be prepared to wait. The next morning at check out they had several clerks, of course it wasn't busy then....
Disliked: They need more staff. I checked in, after a long wait, when I got to my room my key didn't work. I had to go back down but the line was to the door for the front desk staffed by a single hard working young man. The line was so long I left to go to dinner rather than wait to get my key fixed. I had to lock my bags in the car because I had no access to my room. Please hire some more help! And give that kid a raise!

Liked: Breakfast was a mess. It was pure chaos. No support staff. Food availability was sketchy. Eating area was filthy.

Liked: Well everyone is so friendly!! And the most important part they letting you stay with your pets.
