Clean room, nice shower. Free breakfast. It was quiet, no trouble.

Disliked: Looks fancy on picture but when you get there looks old they new to make a remodeling in the entire property

Liked: Staff was excellent...Breakfast wasn't bad...
Disliked: The outside of the hotel needed cleaned...There was a broken bottle and there was garbage all around the hotel as I walked my dog...I realize that help is hard to come by but the outside is the first impression that you see when you pull up to the hotel...the room ceiling had two areas of dark dots...I don't no if that was mold or what is was...we have been going there for years...the pool area was clean...

Disliked: Elevators didnt work. Key cards stop working alot.

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: There is no way the elevator was to code, the room key had to be reset several times. Check in was 3pm, I arrived at 7pm and the room was NOT ready was told to go eat dinner and come back, I was gone just about 90 minutes and room was not ready! I was told another few minutes. Finally get in our room and we were only given 2 towels, I asked for washcloths and was told they do not have anymore. There was no soap in the room. It was a complete disaster and I felt sorry for the staff.
