Disliked: The sheets were dirty, the bathtub had a funky residue. The phone did not work and the Tv had to be programmed to get any stations at all.

Disliked: Your staff made changes upon my request and sent confirmation, but hotel said never received. Almost didn't get a room! Site staff fixed issue and save the day. Was disappointed in Booking. Com follow up

Very friendly staff.

Liked: The staff were so friendly and I really loved the front office look.
Disliked: Some areas are a little outdated in maintenance but that’s to be expected in an older location.

Liked: Lobby staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. Check in and check out were easy and quick.
Disliked: Very unclean. Some of the cleanliness issues were from long-term stains, wear, tears in upholstery, scrapes in bathtubs and toilets, etc. that are more to blame on facilities. Other cleanliness issues were things like dead bugs on floors, beds with crumbs and hairs on them, hairs and dust on toilet and sink areas, etc. that are more about the cleaning between stays.

Disliked: There was visible black mold in the shower on the ceiling and the rooms were not as up to date as the website made them appear.
