Disappointing stay

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating.The breakfast was decent when compared to breakfasts at other hotels
Disliked: The carpet in our room was stained and dirty. The King mattress was way too soft- like sleeping on a waterbed. The lighting in this room was terrible and the bedside lamp was broken. This hotel needs an update desperatelyThey did give us a 20% discount but still not worth it.

Liked: The staff that was very friendly and helpful, the structure-very quiet, the breakfast buffet was so well organized-no one running into each other, pet friendly that really catered to your pets while requiring all to follow rules. Just a wonderful stay.

Liked: The front desk manager was super friendly and nice. The hotel is newer and very nice and clean. The rooms were large and very comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying here when you need a place to stay in Twin Falls.
