Liked: Breakfast buffet was a good choice and decent food. Staff was nice, rooms were comfortable in size and amenities. Pool and hot tub and fitness center were wonderful. Location was great!! Right across from Hard Rock Casino.
Disliked: Found a roach crawling in the bathroom which really grossed us all out. There was a Braums sack with dirty underwear (as in a bag of poo) that sat in the middle of the stairs for 2 days... clearly the stairwell does not get cleaned. Also the hotel charged me an extra $153 and told me I have to wait 15 business days for the charge to drop and on business day 16 I can call back and "see what they can do". Hmm.

Lovely hotel with great staff!

Liked: Great location near lots of amenities and restaurants. Hard Rock Cafe shuttle available for transport to the casino.
Disliked: Nothing
