La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa Broken Arrow

Other than the surprise security...

Liked: We travel to Broken Arrow often and always stay here. We stay at La Quinta whenever possible because we like them. Mostly the newer ones.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I was charged a $25.00 security deposit upon arriving that was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation or my billing statement.

My husband said we will...

Liked: Good location for where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We moved out of the first room because the fridge didn't work and the room was not very clean. Floor hadn't been vacuumed, crumbs on the bed. Second room wasn't any better. Carpet was soaked around the air conditioner, no toilet paper holders, mildew in shower, curtain was broken had to use a hanger to hold it closed. Didn't look like it was cleaned properly.

Ok for 1 night but...

Disliked: Spiders & cobwebs in room, room needed a deep clean, uncomfortable bedding & pillows
