La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball

We love it here

Liked: The beds are so comfortable. My boyfriend and I live far apart on the weekends. He comes to me on Wednesday, and we get a hotel. The La Quinta is our favorite location because the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the rooms are homey.
Disliked: The fitness equipment is sparse at best. I would suggest they invest in more equipment.

Liked: The coffee was good. The pool seemed clean although the hot tub wasn't hot. We had clean towels. Quiet.
Disliked: Our room stunk!! Cross between smoke and urine. We had to spray perfume in the air conditioning unit and crack the window open to tolerate it. There was a woman practically yelling on her phone while stocking the breakfast bar during service hours and acted like WE were interrupting HER! When I went to check out, they couldn't get the computer to work. She went to the back and came back and just told me we were all good, no email confirmation, no paper receipt. Hopefully my card doesn't get charged. Every time we got off the elevator, there was a cleaning cart blocking the doors. It was disappointing.

Liked: The property was very clean.

Very poorly kept up hotel.

Disliked: The pictures of the hotel are very deceiving. The grounds look like they haven’t been kept up. The pool chairs were all torn where you couldn’t lay out or enjoy the pool. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and the trash to be taken out. All the facility doors were open for all to see. The entrance lights weren’t not lit up. I definitely was not happy with the hotel.
