Liked: Made reservations with booking.com, couldn't finish till we got there to let them know i had dogs.. so we arrived i told him we had dogs, ran my card and then said how many dogs and I said 4 small daschunds 15lbs and he said I had to get another room, 2 dogs to a room but they can have 2 dogs up to 75lbs, my 4 didn't even weigh that, We have stayed at many La Quinta and no problem.. so I wasn't go to get another room.. my dogs are good, quite dogs.. and I asked for a cancelation and he said he couldn't..So Im asking for a refund for this room we didn't even stay.. we had to go to a different town and no problem with my 4 dogs paid the dog fee..Hope you understand..Thank you Kellie Evans

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of towels in bathroom. Very convenient to have the containers of body soap, conditioner, shampoo, and lotion in dispensers.
Disliked: Room was on the third floor and there was a lot of noise from the room above. TV was not working and staff member had to reset. He was very efficient and friendly. Used a towel in tub as it was slick and husband has stroke limitations. A $50 additional charge was billed to be refunded upon no damages. Still waiting to have this charge reimbursed.

Great staff, clean hotel, loved...

Liked: We drove 13 hours to get to this hotel. We have 6 kids that wanted to go in the pool so bad. We got there at 8pm and the pool closes at 9pm. Without even asking if they could keep it open longer the guy at the front said he’d leave it open longer so they could enjoy it some. Check in was extremely easy and quick. Room was clean and perfect for our family. Loved the pressure and size of the shower. Breakfast was hot buffet breakfast. Kids loved the waffle and pancake makers. Our stay was perfect .
Disliked: I loved everything
