Disappointed

Disliked: I was not pleased with the fact that I would be staying for 5 days and 4 nights but would only have my room cleaned once. When housekeeping came the room was not actually cleaned. The door to the room would not properly latch shut unless u shoved or pulled with your whole body weight. I was disappointed with how warm the hallways were on a daily basis and disgusted by the smell. The stairwell hallways smelled so strongly of animal urine that your eyes would burn. The second night of my stay I was awoken at 2:30 in the morning to someone knocking on my door. This not being due to the staff but in general caused a sense of unease at this location. I will not be returning.

Disliked: The room smelt pretty musky

Liked: The bed was so comfortable. I slept very well. Also, the property was very quiet even though it's pet friendly.
Disliked: I would have liked disposable plates for the continental breakfast so I could eat in the room. I don't really feel comfortable eating alone.
