La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sunrise, Sunrise

We had a pleasant stay at La Quinta.

Liked: Hotel seems updated in a nice modern style. I like the laminate floors in bath and sink areas.
Disliked: Some parts of the property have not been updated. There were torn cushions on several pieces of furniture.

Liked: Absolutely nothinh
Disliked: Everything nothing works the hotel needs to close down had to do maid service stayed for 5 have yet to get clean sheets or room service a real dump

Make sure you always check...

Liked: The location was great for our reason of travel. It was close to our venue but far enough away that traffic wasn’t too bad.
Disliked: The pictures are either very outdated or we didn’t have an “updated room”. The microwave literally looked like it was from the 1900’s. The carpets were covered in stains. Floors and walls falling apart. The bed was ok but not great. The fridge was not clean.

Bad

Liked: It’s not worth the money we paid. We didn’t like anything but paid lot more.Hotel smells very bad. Bathrooms are not nice.Rooms are not nice and didn’t have a room service until we request.Only location is good.

Exceptional

I wouldn’t go again, but...

Liked: The front desk was very nice and did their best to accommodate
Disliked: The property was horrid. The rooms very dirty, smelled badly, the Ac malfunctioned, the indoors were humid, there was no hair conditioner, the cabinetry was dirty, the chairs inside the room were stained and smelly, the floors inside the rooms were dirty. Everything had to be covered with extra bathtowels, floor chair. Only 1 elevator which was wonky and scary, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Parking was ample as well. No issues with the key cards for access.

Liked: The front desk clears were the best. Very helpful. I changed a one night stay to a 4 night stay and asked friends to join me. The breakfast was great. Homemade waffles and egg sandwiches
Disliked: No safety lock on the door

Good

Liked: Breakfast area was clean. Think some of the people eating were not staying at the hotel. Quick check in process.
Disliked: Rooms need to be remodeled. TV old. Restroom needs to remodeled (old fixtures, stains in tub).

Bad

Liked: It was late I was there at seven o'clock and he's just starting in things out.
Disliked: I made reservations for a handicap roomWhen I got there did it not have a handicap room. The manager did not do a thing Other than trying to reap on my money. I told it's kind of ridiculous trying to report my money in the seven thirty at night.. This like sign felt episode.You make the reservation but they don't know how to keep the reservation.
