Disliked: Couldn't check in for about 45 minutes when we got there 2:30 pm

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure
Disliked: I booked a suite but got an ordinary room. I had to pay the suite price.

Liked: The room was clean, and Sammie at the front desk was great at check-in. We didn't plan on using the pool, and she i formed us it was down at check-in, so she was very attentive to her job.
Disliked: Breakfast was lack luster. We got down there at 845, so it was getting late, but most of the food was empty, and there was no coffee available. The eggs were swimming in water and almost out of sausage. Tables were all dirty from other people, and staff in the kitchen wasn't smiling. Make eye contact them they wish they hadn't. Smiles are free, share them!

Disliked: I booked with this hotel so the kids could swim however the pool was not operational. I understand maintenance it was just disappointing.
