Overall it was an average...

Liked: The breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Crisp bacon would have been nice as there was no bacon. The potatoes were over cooked. But there was a good choice of yogurt. Aldo, when we arrived the checkin clerk was not cordial. She was not welcoming or friendly.

Liked: The bed
Disliked: Calling to get a room around noon and the young lady said they were booked. Went through expedia and I got a room. Then I got off from work around 515 and my helper called directly and got a room with no problem. One I checked in I got put on 1st in room 116 when I cashed for a top floor. Whatever room is above 116 the occupants stomped the whole nite. I texted and called the front desk and she said she would go up there. Not sure if she did but the stomping got worst and more often. I told the morning shift guy whence checked out at 5ish am what went on before going to work

Liked: Everything was clean and the coffee. I did need it through out the day. The staff were very nice
Disliked: The only thing just one person working in the front. The person who was working in the front probably had other issues to deal with and my family had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Exceptional

Liked: We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies! The beds were amazing, slept so good!
Disliked: Shower, curtain was not large enough so the floor got wet.
