Disliked: I have mobility challenges and they gave me a room far far away on the fifth floor .. I had to put theLuggage carrier in an ADA elevator and send up oneFloor and walk up to the floor and take the carrier out and move it to another elevator and the roll it down a long hall. The bathroom sink stopper was broke. And the shower bathtub drain didn’t drain so by the end of my shower there was over a foot of water in the tub PLUS I slipped in the shower because the shower mat was slick and had no traction… lucky there was a handicap handlebar..The staff were very friendly and helpful

Disliked: Is only one elevator working I didn’t like that

Disliked: Rude front desk staff. No one answers the phone and when they do, you are put on hold and never picked up. The policies they state through the corporate number do not align with this hotel and no one cares.

Disliked: The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, the breakfast zone wasn’t either
