When I arrived I was...

Liked: Very nice, clean and visually appealing inside and out. The beds and pillows were dreamy so comfy!
Disliked: The cold water did not work in the spa tub in my room. The water was full blast hot coming from the cold water knob and the hot water knob.

Liked: Clerk was very kind, and did his best
Disliked: The first handicapped room, the bathroom floor was flooded....They moved us there was a very heavy musty smell in the room that they put us in. Had to change rooms for a 3rd time...very heavy Marijuana smell coming from room next too us...We got locked out from the pool area. Our key card would not work. My three year old and I had to walk all the way around the building and I am handicapped, Very Very Disappointed 😞

Disliked: The shower head in the bath tub was not attached properly and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The tub itself was extremely slippery- and no rubber bath mat was available very dangerous !My wife did not like the smell of the candles burning in the lobby at check in and felt it was covering up a bad oder

Disappointing

Liked: Price and location
Disliked: I am very disappointed in this particular hotel. The hotel is clean but very dark and old. It should be at the level of Hollydays Inn, but in fact it is at the level of Motel 6.I don't know what's wrong with the hotel, but as soon as I entered the room I immediately started sneezing and for some reason my nose started running.
