Seemed more like a $60.00/night hotel instead of a $120.00/night hotel.

Liked: Easy to find and good sound proofing.
Disliked: My daughter got bites from something in the bed; the TV didn't work and the window view was out to a cinder block.

Pleasant

Weekend getaway.

Liked: It was centrally located downtown.
Disliked: The 7-11 across the street had a lot of homeless hanging out at all hours of the day.

Disappointing

It was worth the value....

Liked: The property was located centrally and water, hot water and coffee were available 24/7. Also breakfast was a nice addition.
Disliked: The room we stayed in at was very comfortable. The only xomment I have was that the toilet smelled like urine a little so we had to wipe down the surface with disinfecting wipe since we we traveled with a child. Also, the elevator wasn’t working on the day we checked out which made carrying our luggages down difficult.

Liked: I’ve stayed there before and always enjoyed it. The locations is perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Liked: The room was tidy, and I appreciated the breakfast, despite it being repetitive daily. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room were notable highlights for me. I also enjoyed the bath and the availability of hot water. Additionally, the conduct of one of the receptionists, the tall gentleman, was commendable.
Disliked: During check-in, the receptionist (the man with earrings) misbehaved. The hotel is situated in an area frequented by many homeless people. Additionally, the elevator was slow to operate, and there was a noticeable oily smell inside it.

Go to Downtown Spokane after...

Liked: Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice of food. The area was also quiet and clean
Disliked: The location with homeless around the hotel. I was scared for my car and to walk to downtown so we took a cab!

Great except for the parking

Disliked: Parking is horrible if the hotel is full. It is a gated parking lot, because of location. If the parking lot becomes full the staff suggests to park on the street, outside the fenced area. On this night, the staff allowed a vehicle pulling a U-Haul trailer to park in the lot, they parked across 4 parking spaces. Two other customers had parked out their space and were actually taking up 2 spaces. This parking lot is very tight, even on a normal night, and unfortunately has no where to expand. There should be signage about staying within your designated parking lines and absolutely no trailers. We have stayed here four times. The facility is top notch as is the staff.
