La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown

Seemed more like a $60.00/night hotel instead of a $120.00/night hotel.

Liked: Easy to find and good sound proofing.
Disliked: My daughter got bites from something in the bed; the TV didn't work and the window view was out to a cinder block.

Liked: Good value, close to the interstate. Restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Room lighting is very poor. Breakfast is also pretty weak... execution is good however it is much like all the other free breakfasts within this corporate niche.. a real breakfast would be nice.

Nice newer property

Liked: Nice new hotel, in a part of town that is not great, but we never felt unsafe. Biggest complaint was the plastic key card was constantly losing its ability to talk to the room door. Tried multiple keys, tried every trick I know, had to get the key recoded at least twice a day. This was with all our key cards.

It was decent, but for...

Liked: It was a great location.
Disliked: Our sink didn’t drain properly. There were bugs on the floor of the bathroom and you could tell it was quick cleaning job.

Liked: The property itself was good, the staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: The surrounding area outside of the hotel is not desirable and I wish I realized that when I booked it.
