Liked: So clean & staff was very helpful and nice!

It was an ok stay.

Liked: Experience was ok except on below points. Compared to Middle East experience on similar service industries, more could have been done. 1. One of the lifts to 3rd floor (where our family was staying) was not working. It was not working even before my stay and didn’t fix during my 6 day stay there. Not a good sign to not fix it in a week. 2. Gym facility was not accessible through my card and had to request a staff to open it up to use it. 3. To help sustainable stay, we did not inform to clean the room the next day of our check in. But room was not cleaned even the following day and I had to inform the reception to clean the room, replace toiletries on my 4th day of stay.

Liked: We were having work done on our vehicle and needed to extend our stay for a few hours. The hotel was wonderful and allowed us to stay without charging us extra.
